SERVICES/PRODUCTS ON WHALE COAST FM

 

1. PRE-RECORDED COMMERCIALS

These are typically pre-recorded commercials that can include music and sound effects. They are short bursts of information which are flighted during normal programming. Take a listen to the example below.

 

2. FEATURE SPONSORSHIPS

Features include the news, the eco report, the weather, the traffic report, the fishing report and the like. Specialised features can also be created and tailor-made for clients. These features, which are broadcast at specific times, deal with matters of interest to the listeners and create greater listener attention.

 

3. COMPETITIONS

Competitions create excitement and encourage listeners to keep listening to the station for the duration of the competition. Competitions also lend themselves to cross-media advertising. For example, a client wanting to drive traffic to a web site can place clues for the radio competition on that web site, encouraging customers to visit the site.

 

4. INTERVIEWS 

Interviews allow you to tell your client more about the product in a relaxed, friendly way. It is a way for the listener to understand the product, as well as create a relationship with the voice at the other side of the microphone.
